The Shortcut web app is an interactive workspace at shortcut.ai. Upload spreadsheets or start from scratch, work with the agent in a browser-based spreadsheet, and export finished .xlsx files.
Open shortcut.ai in your browser and sign in.
Upload an .xlsx or CSV file, attach supporting documents, or start from a blank workbook.
Describe the analysis or changes you want; watch edits land in the browser spreadsheet.

The web app runs in your browser and in Shortcut's cloud. Like any website, it only sees files you explicitly upload. It cannot reach your desktop, mapped drives, synced folders, VPN, or programs on your computer, and nothing on your machine is exposed without your action.
Workbooks that depend on exact native Excel behavior (VBA, macros, or desktop add-ins) should be validated before relying on them in the web app. Results export as standard .xlsx files that open in Excel.
